Principal Architect / President
Kenneth Frederick, AIA, is the Lead Professional Architect at Master Builder Associates with over 30 years of experience designing and delivering public, civic, and commercial projects throughout Nebraska and the Midwest. A University of Nebraska graduate, he has led more than 1,000 projects since 1992, providing comprehensive architectural services focused on practical design, efficient construction, and budget-conscious results.

Joshua A. Frederick
Intern Architect / Construction & Design Specialist
Josh is a multidisciplinary team member responsible for supporting architectural design efforts, producing graphic and website content, assisting with contract negotiation, and preparing project estimates. He plays a key role in coordinating between design, clients, and construction teams to support accurate planning, cost control, and efficient execution. His contributes to client presentations, project documentation, and on-site coordination, helping ensure projects are clearly communicated and delivered in alignment with design intent, budget, and schedule.

Kyle L. Frederick
Project Supervisor / Lead Craftsman
Kyle serves as a Project Supervisor and Lead Craftsman, responsible for overseeing daily jobsite operations, directing skilled labor, and executing construction work across multiple project phases. His responsibilities include hands-on craftsmanship and welding, quality control, safety oversight, schedule coordination, and supporting efficient, well-organized field operations.

Angie Frederick
Office Manager
Angie is an Office Manager responsible for overseeing accounting operations, payroll processing, invoicing, and financial tracking. She manages day-to-day administrative and financial details, ensuring accuracy, organization, and smooth office operations that support the overall business.

Heather C. Nelson
Production Manager / Intern Architect
Heather’s primary role is 3D modeling and computer-aided drafting. She is responsible for assisting with the technical production of construction models and drawings, supporting accurate project visualization and documentation. She also provides administrative support, assisting with organization, communication, and day-to-day office needs as required.

Christian J. Frederick
Field Operations Manager / Construction Technician
Christian serves as a Field Operations Manager / Construction Technician, responsible for managing day-to-day jobsite operations, directing skilled labor and craftsmen, and overseeing the execution of most construction phases outside of MEP scopes. He ensures quality control, safety compliance, and schedule coordination while supporting efficient field operations and consistent project delivery.
