Kyle L. Frederick

Kyle is a Project Supervisor and Lead Craftsman responsible for supporting and executing daily construction operations across active projects. He oversees skilled labor and craftsmen, performs and supervises the majority of construction phases, and contributes directly to field execution through hands-on craftsmanship, including welding. His role emphasizes quality control, safety, and schedule adherence while maintaining consistent jobsite coordination.

Complementing his field expertise, Kyle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hastings College, allowing him to integrate business-focused responsibilities into construction operations. He supports cost tracking, scheduling coordination, material planning, and workflow efficiency, helping ensure field activities align with project budgets and timelines. By combining practical trade skills with business administration insight, Kyle strengthens communication between the field and management teams, contributing to organized, efficient, and reliable project delivery.
