Kenneth Frederick, AIA Lead Professional Architect of Master Builder Associates has developed a diverse portfolio of work, including numerous public accommodation projects, since graduating from the University of Nebraska. Mr. Frederick has over 30 years of experience in the architectural profession working on public structures and civic facilities. He has provided exemplary design and construction administration services for hundreds of projects in a multi-state area in the mid-west region.
In his public facility experience, Kenn has been responsible in all phases of building planning including initial programming, budget management, site selection and evaluation, site analysis, master site planning, capital campaign assistance, schematic design, code search and review, design development, construction documents, specifications, construction estimates, bidding & negotiation, and contract administration. Master Builder Associates was also established with the philosophy of returning to the “traditional” method of designing and constructing buildings. This philosophy and conviction of methodology has produced many successful projects by meeting client project goals plus meeting and beating building construction budgets.
Mr. Frederick is very qualified to provide professional architectural services. Since 1992, Mr. Frederick has personally completed designs, studies, and improvements for over 1000 public and commercial facilities of all different scopes and sizes across Nebraska and the Midwest. Kenn Frederick has been involved in providing professional services on hundreds of other general architectural practice projects. More recently, his personal relevant project experience includes serving as Architect on the Heartland Church in Central City, Nebraska, Heartland Branch Bank in Aurora, Nebraska, and Doniphan Events Center, Doniphan, Nebraska.
