David Watson, Construction Manager of Master Builder Associates has an expansive portfolio of work, including numerous public and private projects, since graduating from the University of Nebraska.  Mr. Watson has over 30 years of experience in construction working on a variety of public, private and civic structures.  He has worked diligently to provided quality, aesthetically pleasing and economically constructed structures for countless of projects in a multi-state area in the mid-west region.

As Construction Manager, Dave has been responsible for supervision of construction, coordination construction operations, quality control of product, maintaining safe project work sites, and administrative duties of personnel in all phases of construction.  Mr. Watson also provides cost estimates, cost efficient construction alternatives, delivers and processes submittals, bidding and negotiations, progress meetings and closeout activities throughout all phases of a project. Master Builder Associates was also established with the philosophy of returning to the “traditional” method of designing and constructing buildings.  This philosophy and conviction of methodology has produced many successful projects by meeting client project goals plus meeting and beating building construction budgets and schedules.

Mr. Watson is very qualified to provide Construction Management services for your church project.  Since 1993, Mr. Watson has worked as a Carpenter, Foreman, Superintendent and a Construction Manager for numerous public facilities of all different scopes and sizes across Nebraska and the Midwest.  Most recently, his relevant project experience includes the Heartland Church in Central City, Nebraska, Heartland Branch Bank in Aurora, Nebraska, and Doniphan Events Center in Doniphan, Nebraska.  Mr. Watson has served as the Construction Manager for many other church, civic, education, office, retail, and public facilities in the Midwest regional area including the Christian Church of Burlington – Burlington, KS, North Park Assembly – Holdrege, Nebraska, Faith Baptist Church Addition and Remodel – Rock Rapids, Iowa Christ Lutheran School – Juniata, NE, First Baptist Church – Dannebrog, NE, Grand Island Christian School – Grand Island, NE, First Baptist Church – Holyoke, CO, Evangelical Free Church – McCook, NE, Audiology & Hearing Center of Grand Island, Grand Island, NE, and numerous Residential Projects – Grand Island, Alda, Doniphan, Aurora, NE.
