Grace Life Church

Master Builder Associates has provided master planning and architectural services for new church facilities on their recently acquired 10-acre site. This public assembly building is designed so that future phases can be added as needed by this growing congregation. A tight budget required that we determine the minimum program requirements for the initial phase of 18,400 square feet and careful planning to accommodate for future development. The plan includes an initial 300-seat dedicated worship center, which is expandable to 500 seats, and a large lobby with a catering kitchen that can serve as a gathering space. There are also large flexible classrooms for Christian Education for all ages, administration, and nursery.
