First Wesleyan Church

The First Wesleyan Church of Rapid City, South Dakota presented an extremely tight design schedule due to the sale of their old facility location. We worked closely with the client to complete an accurate program of space needs, cost estimates, and various designs. Within 30 days we were able to conclude the Schematic Design phase and present a final Floor Plan, Site Plan, Exterior Renderings, 3D model, and Cost Estimates to the church. The plan includes a 320 seat Worship Center that could easily expand in the future. A flexible Fellowship space, adult, youth, and children Christian Education spaces, Administration, and Nursery. The clients also desired that the building could be added to in the future to include a gym sized Fellowship Hall and additional classrooms. Construction was completed in 2017.
